Rocky Point Retreat
A few weeks ago, Lili from Ulysses Getaways and I drove up Rocky Point – about 20 minutes north of Port Douglas to take some photo’s of the gorgeous Rocky Point Retreat Property on their holiday rentals books. Oh, my! What a gorgeous place! The house has incredible views over the rainforest and ocean, and the gardens are just so beautiful. On the way back to Port we made a quick stop at the beach just below the house to grab some shots of the lovely views. The weather was great and we were both on a bit of a high – I asked Lili to jump for me and she happily obliged! Such a fun job.

Luxury Real Estate: The Hills, Port Douglas.
I’ve been doing a bit of work with Lily and Trent at Ulysses Getaways – they handle luxury and upmarket holiday property rentals and have some amazing properties around Port Douglas and the FNQ region. This one is the penthouse at 8 The Hills, with an outstanding view across the Pacific Ocean and Four Mile Beach.

Ferrero Road: Managing Australian Destinations
Managing Australian Destinations is one of Australia’s leading event managers – they provide on-ground support for exclusive Special Interest Groups, Incentives, Team Building, Conferences, and other Business Events and Weddings. I was delighted by their new developmental venue just outside Port Douglas. They asked me to photograph the setting and performers at a recent industry familiarisation package tour. It was like being transported into a magical fairy world and I really, really wished I could stay and photograph for hours.

As part of my on-going work with the excellent real estate agency Port Douglas Real Estate – I get to go into beautiful homes and photograph them for their publicity packages.
